OZ|SHOP makes no representations or warranties of any kind expressed or implied, as to materials and products. Provenance and Item descriptions provided are acurate to the best of our knowledge. Under no circumstances shall OZ|SHOP be liable for any damaged, broken and/or discolored "as is" materials or products. Please keep in mind when buying vintage or antique items, they have been pre-loved and show signs of wear. We feel these qualities give them soul and make them more unique. We do our best to photograph and explain the conditon of the items as best we can, please contact us if further condition reports are required prior to purchase. For any issues related to new products please contact so we can work for the best resolution with you.

OZ|SHOP is pleased to work with the trade community of designers, architects, artists and creatives in the US and abroad. We offer trade discounts on all four of collections: benchmade, vintage, antique, and unique.   Contact sales@ozshop.design to request trade applications and rates.  Tax exemption is applicable by request and extended to customers upon receipt of valid resale license and trade forms.  

Shipping and Transport

Shipping, Packing and Transport fees are calculated by order and are available upon request prior to purchase.   Customer is responsible for all charges related to the shipping, packing and transport, quotations will be sent for customer approval prior to finalizing the details.  OZ|SHOP can also coordinate with customers own delivery company or shipper.   Payment is requested prior to shipment and additional fees for unexpected conditions at delivery may occur.  OZ|SHOP will work with our customers as close as possible to ensure items are delivered in an efficient and timely manner, that items are packed and received in good condition, and additional fees are minimized.   In the instance of any shipping claims or damaged good received please document the packaging, the goods, and contact us immediately for further assistance.
